Age Matters Information Fair

The Trent Care Network welcome all to join them and learn about what is available in their area!

This event will be especially informative for those living in Saxilby, Gainsborough and Brigg; bringing together individuals and services which can support you to live well whilst you age. The team want to know what you need to age well!

The event will have a variety of guest speakers, stalls, a free tombola and refreshments alongside a host of information on: slips, trips and falls advice, safety in your home, aches and pains and hearing and sight.

Information talks and taster exercise classes during the day:

• Memory care – Dementia care packs
• Strength and mobility seated taster sessions
