Are you living with cancer or another serious health condition? Is your financial circumstance impacting your ability to pay bills? You can access digital devices, minutes, texts, and data free of charge through SimPal.
SimPal understands the importance of staying connected, whether this is with family and friends, your GP Practice or hospital. The charity aims to bring people together through keeping this communication open.
The service is available to people of all ages, from all backgrounds and applications are non-means-tested to ensure as many people as possible can access our support, regardless of their financial situation.
The team will support individuals for six months by:
- providing sim cards with texts, data and calls,
- a mobile device can also be arranged,
- providing internet devices which can support other digital devices in the home.
How to Make a Referral
- All referrals must be submitted using the online application form found on SimPal's website.
- Email or telephone referrals cannot be accepted.
- The application form is only available Tuesday, Thursday and Friday, 10:00am–5:00pm.
- Once submitted, the SimPal team may contact the referrer to discuss the application before processing.
