Wigs
Wigs are available on the NHS, but you will be charged for them unless you qualify for help with charges.
Hair Loss Service – United Lincolnshire Hospitals Trust
The Hair Loss Service leaflet provides you with information on the Hair Loss Service and wig voucher within United Lincolnshire Hospitals Trust.
HC1 Form
To apply for a free wig or partial help towards the cost of a wig, you will need to complete an HC1 form. This is available from your local Jobcentre or the staff at the hospital.
You can also request a form by calling the NHS Help with health costs number on: 0300 123 0849.
Free Wellbeing Workshops
In need of a wellbeing boost? We offer free skincare and make-up workshops for women living with or beyond cancer.
The workshops run 11am-1pm on the first Wednesday of every month at the Lincoln
Hotel, Eastgate, Lincoln, LN2 1PN
