Carers First works directly with and for carers to provide personalised information and advice. The services aim is to make it easier for those caring for someone else to continue living their lives to the fullest. This support is free of charge and can be provided via telephone or in person.

The Lincolnshire Carers Hub

The hub acts as a central point of contact for carers to access support, fostering a community of individuals who understand the unique challenges of caregiving.

Carers connecting with the Lincolnshire Carers Hub can expect:

  • A friendly, dedicated team offering ongoing assistance, advice, and a listening ear whenever needed.
  • An initial needs assessment to tailor support to their unique caregiving situation.
  • Access to a Carers Card, which can provide discounts and added support in the community.
  • Regular updates and communication, including newsletters and invitations to events, support groups, and wellbeing workshops.
  • Access to a network of information and support.
