Secondary Breast Cancer Support Group

This group is hosted at the Wellbeing Centres in Boston and Lincoln, supporting people from across Lincolnshire who are affected by a secondary breast cancer diagnosis. This includes individuals with a diagnosis, their loved ones, their friends, and their carers.

The group aims to provide a safe and friendly environment, offering the opportunity to meet others who understand what life now looks like. There is always someone to talk to, whether it is to celebrate, cry, rant or just know someone is listening.

Sometimes the group invites guest speakers, who offer information on exercise, nutrition, mindfulness and more, as well as being able to support attendees in accessing hospital teams.

These groups are facilitated by wonderful volunteers with lived experience and a wealth of knowledge in supporting people’s wellbeing. They openly invite and encourage anyone affected by secondary breast cancer to attend.
